It held up pretty well over 10 years but a tree fell on it so I'm looking for a new one. I just ordered this one from walmart and it arrived horribly damaged by fedex so now I'm deciding if I want to try my luck again. I hate that there's no pickup option.

How did Walmart remedy the situation for you? I hope that they didn't make you bring it back to a local store...that would just be asinine.

The quality is first rate. The only issue is the weight. Even with the wheels, it's not that easy to maneuver. Once it's at the site though, the ladder works great. I've never felt it wasn't safe, and I'm not a small guy.
Would buy again if needed.
