They were just ok. My household of child, teens and adults all preferred the strawberry protein ones instead. These don't have a strong flavor like you'd expect. They weren't bad, just meh.

Fun thing about this box is, it's so thin that when you turn it sideways nobody can see it - so you have the 6 pieces of cheerios inside all to yourself!
