Anyone have any experience with this or one like it? Only 4 reviews so far and two of them complained about lack of force/intensity.

Might go with this one. I know it's double, but it's still only $20.... somehow it has nearly 1,000 upvotes which is unbelievably rare, but the comments on the last page from those that received their's are positive.

If you want something to replace, and do more than, canned air get an XPOWER plug in one. These battery ones are all pretty weak in my experience. Maybe good enough for dusting off a fan but they won't be able to move debris beneath keyboard keys.

If you have a kitchen food scale, you can easily measure force by setting it to grams and pointing the blower at it. IIRC the Wolfbox M100 is supposed to do 160g or so. I bought a cheap $20 knockoff that only did half of that, and then an even cheaper $10 one that did 110g or so (which was good enough for me). No clue about this particular blower though
