Viking Arm construction jack, 330 pound rating. Similar to the Irwin Quick Lift jack, with two key differences:

More precision during lifts
Can be reversed so it clamps as well as lifts

(Note that it's a squeeze handle like the Irwin, not a step handle like Dewalt.)

Correct me if i'm wrong.....but this is the same price as the dewalt but squeeze grip vs step/squeeze

The Irwin has a squeeze grip like this one for cheaper. Is Viking Arm a really good brand or something?
I dont think the "clamp and lift" feature would make it worth getting this over the dewalt.

Viking Arm is the original, made in Norway, that the others copied. It has accessories available for different purposes, like a cabinet install kit (https://youtu.be/Fgfd46V8bdk) and also support from the 3D printing community.

The dewalt also has the pump part of the handle at the at the top, and you can pump it with your foot with stabilizing the load with your hands. Seems more useful for that alone

Yeah I understand it's the original one, but what really is the value-add of this versus the Irwin/Dewalt that's cheaper?
If it's just more accessories you can buy, then that's just an excuse for spending more money, not really adding value

Accessories serve specific purposes. The Irwin is good enough for general lifting, like while installing a door. The Dewalt is better for bulkier things like fridges and dressers since you can lift with your foot. Most of the Viking's accessories are for repeat installations, meaning it's targeted more at pros who'll use the accessory multiple times.
