Ok your account number is just your GV phone number and your pin is your "call to listen" pin that you set up in the settings of GV. You first have to pay $3 to unlock the GV number.

Porting and failed attempts to order the phone. FYI if you go through the last step and Metro reserved the number you are porting in. But you failed, their payment screen and your order did not go through. Be advised that that number(s) that you attempted to port (no atter how many different phone numbers) are locked in Metro Port Reservation. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE THAT NUMBER to process new order using that same # until you call Metro and ask to be transferred over to the porting department and ask them to delete the port. You will also not be able to port it anywhere else until they delete the port reservation. So, all you folks that tried to process a zillion orders after your initial order failed it will never work (even if you fix why your payment didn't go through) until YOU CALL METRO to fix your PORT. With all that said the port dept will want to verify you and the easiest way is for them to send you a SMS to your metro phone so your you don't have a Metro phone working well welcome to the struggle bus have a seat and relax your gong to be on the phone with Metro for some time. Please know this address multiple attempts at porting the same phone number not all the other reasons orders fail on the payment screen. All I can say on that one is , Don't use VPN, don't use discover, don't use a virtual number, wait 48 not 24 hours for your last order attempt to clear out of their system and if you are a religious person…pray

The short version, you must call Metro to make sure any/all the number(s) you are porting over that previously succeed Port Reservation but failed Payment are not locked now to metro reservation once locked to metro they will not work with a new order or another wireless company. This deal is killing me softly, now I remember why I avoided Metro for so long

For those of you having the fraud screen, do this -

Use a VPN
Different credit card #
Add a fake apartment # to your address (if you live in a house)

This has worked for me in the past.

Guess you hadn't gotten the memo when T-Mobile changed their policy to extend their lock period from 6-months to 1-year.
40 days postpaid if paid off and 14 days with $100. in refills for prepaid.
Unlock eligibility for mobile devices on Prepaid plans

"At least 365 days must have passed since the device was activated on the T Mobile network.
If the device was activated less than 365 days ago, then the Prepaid account associated with the device must have had more than $100 in refills during that period for each line active on the account. In addition, more than 14 days must have passed since the device was purchased.
No more than 2 mobile device unlocks have been complete per line of service in the last 12 months.
T‑Mobile may request proof of purchase or additional information in its discretion and certain other exceptions may apply".

You never have iPhone or Apple products? Look at their MacBook, the specs is lower than most windows laptop, but it run faster and better, same for iPhone.

Like clockwork...got it on Feb 15 last year. Still waiting to see if that gets unlocked in next few days, before I buy another one Smilie. Anyone else in the same boat waiting for unlock? Did it unlock automatically or you had to call them to unlock?
It will automatically unlocked after 1 year.

I don't understand why this became a front‑page deal. This phone was a good deal last year, but this year it's not as appealing — it won't even be unlockable until next year, and by then it'll already be outdated compared to the rest of the market.
I did get two iphone 13s from metro and visible one year ago. It was good deal to me but now hesitate to jump in

With multiple users receiving the same order failure at the port in detail verification step. Suspect that that it is a sign of inventory issues, as its been in the past. Tomorrow either the phone will go "Only available in store" or "Out of Stock" then come back in stock sometime after the weekend.

I'm guessing cause it's cheap for an Apple device.
The other, is the Metro, iPhone 16e deal for $155 w/ require port-in.

Because you can buy the phone for $55 and then bring it into the apple store and trade it in for a $180 apple gift card. Where else can you get a $180 apple gift card for $55?
