Ok your account number is just your GV phone number and your pin is your "call to listen" pin that you set up in the settings of GV. You first have to pay $3 to unlock the GV number.

Porting and failed attempts to order the phone. FYI if you go through the last step and Metro reserved the number you are porting in. But you failed, their payment screen and your order did not go through. Be advised that that number(s) that you attempted to port (no atter how many different phone numbers) are locked in Metro Port Reservation. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE THAT NUMBER to process new order using that same # until you call Metro and ask to be transferred over to the porting department and ask them to delete the port. You will also not be able to port it anywhere else until they delete the port reservation. So, all you folks that tried to process a zillion orders after your initial order failed it will never work (even if you fix why your payment didn't go through) until YOU CALL METRO to fix your PORT. With all that said the port dept will want to verify you and the easiest way is for them to send you a SMS to your metro phone so your you don't have a Metro phone working well welcome to the struggle bus have a seat and relax your gong to be on the phone with Metro for some time. Please know this address multiple attempts at porting the same phone number not all the other reasons orders fail on the payment screen. All I can say on that one is , Don't use VPN, don't use discover, don't use a virtual number, wait 48 not 24 hours for your last order attempt to clear out of their system and if you are a religious person…pray

The short version, you must call Metro to make sure any/all the number(s) you are porting over that previously succeed Port Reservation but failed Payment are not locked now to metro reservation once locked to metro they will not work with a new order or another wireless company. This deal is killing me softly, now I remember why I avoided Metro for so long

For those of you having the fraud screen, do this -

Use a VPN
Different credit card #
Add a fake apartment # to your address (if you live in a house)

This has worked for me in the past.

I don't understand why this became a front‑page deal. This phone was a good deal last year, but this year it's not as appealing — it won't even be unlockable until next year, and by then it'll already be outdated compared to the rest of the market.
I did get two iphone 13s from metro and visible one year ago. It was good deal to me but now hesitate to jump in

was the iphone 13 $55 out the door last year too?

As I recall, I had to choose the $75 plan to get it for free iPhone 13. However, starting from the second device, the plan became cheaper at $35.

Once the phone arrives, you can login to your account and buy a samsung galaxy watch 7 40mm LTE version for $29.99 + $10 service by adding a watch line. If you don't have existing service, watch will cost $199.99. So need to wait for the phone to arrive and activate to get $40 watch.

Like clockwork...got it on Feb 15 last year. Still waiting to see if that gets unlocked in next few days, before I buy another one Smilie. Anyone else in the same boat waiting for unlock? Did it unlock automatically or you had to call them to unlock?

This deal was not easy as Visible deals. Had to call both CS service providers to port out and in. Took about 2-3 hours.

I guess that's the upside. Get use to the ecosystem, if one is new to Apple. Perhaps even do calls over Google voice/wifi.

are you saying that even though it lets you checkout with a valid phone number.... when you actually receive the phone and try to activate, you have to go through this hassle?

It's dependent on the source of your port in number. The window carriers give you from the time you request the port out pin varies. Some give a week some give only 3-4 days. So if that time window lapses before you receive and activate the phone on Metro that can lead to having to get CS involved.
If the port is not completed before the original service plans expiration date that can ruin the entire port as well, requiring reactivation on the original carrier. Last common problem is when using VOIP sourced numbers from GV or NumberBarn which are classified as landlines it can take over a week for the port to complete after activation unless you call the Metro Port department and get a hold of a competent rep that can push it through.

do they have a physical address threshold ? Feel like they have one and maybe you can't order more than 3 phones for a physical address for the past 365 days
