Ok your account number is just your GV phone number and your pin is your "call to listen" pin that you set up in the settings of GV. You first have to pay $3 to unlock the GV number.

Porting and failed attempts to order the phone. FYI if you go through the last step and Metro reserved the number you are porting in. But you failed, their payment screen and your order did not go through. Be advised that that number(s) that you attempted to port (no atter how many different phone numbers) are locked in Metro Port Reservation. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE THAT NUMBER to process new order using that same # until you call Metro and ask to be transferred over to the porting department and ask them to delete the port. You will also not be able to port it anywhere else until they delete the port reservation. So, all you folks that tried to process a zillion orders after your initial order failed it will never work (even if you fix why your payment didn't go through) until YOU CALL METRO to fix your PORT. With all that said the port dept will want to verify you and the easiest way is for them to send you a SMS to your metro phone so your you don't have a Metro phone working well welcome to the struggle bus have a seat and relax your gong to be on the phone with Metro for some time. Please know this address multiple attempts at porting the same phone number not all the other reasons orders fail on the payment screen. All I can say on that one is , Don't use VPN, don't use discover, don't use a virtual number, wait 48 not 24 hours for your last order attempt to clear out of their system and if you are a religious person…pray

The short version, you must call Metro to make sure any/all the number(s) you are porting over that previously succeed Port Reservation but failed Payment are not locked now to metro reservation once locked to metro they will not work with a new order or another wireless company. This deal is killing me softly, now I remember why I avoided Metro for so long

For those of you having the fraud screen, do this -

Use a VPN
Different credit card #
Add a fake apartment # to your address (if you live in a house)

This has worked for me in the past.

I don't think it is about port-ins. I tried to place the samsung tablet order without any port-ins, still same issue.
Ok so it is Metro then. Bingo! to hell with this company, I got to last page like 5 times ( 3 times online and twice with reps on the phone) to get the dreaded message in the end. for your security, call our support.

I have tried different credit cards and dont want to put my credit card information out their to get an accidental charges. I was able to sell my first phone for 220 bucks so I'm not getting stuck with this company for a year.

It seems that Google voice works on iPhone 13 but not s25 fe.
Also what is the limit per household, five per year? I bought 3 phones previously and 2 this time but couldn't buy more.

So all of the people who have had issues ordering. Based on past deals it always an issue of the device from which you are placing the order as well as your internet connection.

one if the ways that has worked for me is when ordering the second phone, use the second phone itself to order and turn your wifi off and use the data connection only. No payment issues or security concerns message

Not always the case, some of us also tried to let phone/chat agents to book the orders for us and they sometimes encountered the same issue. So it is not always related to the device or IP.

Does anyone know if it can somehow work with T Mobile MVNO (US Mobile) , rsim ilor temp unlock or anything else?

I dont need the actual network signal to work, just Wifi calling with airport mode on and wifi on.

Then it maybe an address issue, if bought more than 3-4 devices over the last year or something. The first line of the address is matched and not the second line.

Again this is my experience only

I also tried that but not working....

I will take a break and try again after couple days...maybe a new C1 virtual card + address alternation + cellular data/vpn to see if that can bypass the security check

So if you order a phone now and able to buy 1 device but several failed instances at this time, how long it takes for their system to flush out? If they come out with another deal say 2-3 months down the road, hopefully we can get back in, I dont have any active line with them at this time.

They delete your account pretty fast(they did about a year ago when) after once you stop your service. I don't know if that resets or gets rid of how many orders you've placed though.

I tried placing an order using a new email to my sisters house using my sisters credit card to an address that has never bought anything form metro before and used the internet at work and my work computer and it still got the message at the end. So no, it has nothing to do with how many phones you have ordered, what the address is, or what what internet or computer you are using.

You can try using a phone data connection, maybe that will help. Work wifi are not helpful.

Again this is based on my experience, got frustrated myself a couple deals ago but then figured it out and works for me.

For anyone who has ordered a 4th phone/line on the same account, does it make you select the higher $65 dollar plan to get the promo deal? For lines 2-3, it auto select the $50 plan as the discounted $30 plan. This time for the fourth line, it only shows the $65 plan for the discount
