Ok your account number is just your GV phone number and your pin is your "call to listen" pin that you set up in the settings of GV. You first have to pay $3 to unlock the GV number.

Porting and failed attempts to order the phone. FYI if you go through the last step and Metro reserved the number you are porting in. But you failed, their payment screen and your order did not go through. Be advised that that number(s) that you attempted to port (no atter how many different phone numbers) are locked in Metro Port Reservation. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE THAT NUMBER to process new order using that same # until you call Metro and ask to be transferred over to the porting department and ask them to delete the port. You will also not be able to port it anywhere else until they delete the port reservation. So, all you folks that tried to process a zillion orders after your initial order failed it will never work (even if you fix why your payment didn't go through) until YOU CALL METRO to fix your PORT. With all that said the port dept will want to verify you and the easiest way is for them to send you a SMS to your metro phone so your you don't have a Metro phone working well welcome to the struggle bus have a seat and relax your gong to be on the phone with Metro for some time. Please know this address multiple attempts at porting the same phone number not all the other reasons orders fail on the payment screen. All I can say on that one is , Don't use VPN, don't use discover, don't use a virtual number, wait 48 not 24 hours for your last order attempt to clear out of their system and if you are a religious person…pray

The short version, you must call Metro to make sure any/all the number(s) you are porting over that previously succeed Port Reservation but failed Payment are not locked now to metro reservation once locked to metro they will not work with a new order or another wireless company. This deal is killing me softly, now I remember why I avoided Metro for so long

Use a VPN
Different credit card #
Add a fake apartment # to your address (if you live in a house)

This has worked for me in the past.

How long does it take for this phone to arrive? I'm thinking of using it to trade in on a second pixel 10a. (I already ordered one, using a 6a as my trade -- didn't know about this deal!).

The sales at google store seem to last until 3/11. The 10a I already ordered is supposed to arrive on 3/5 - will the $100 google store credit I'm supposed to get in my account be there before March 11? I'm wondering if there's a way to trade this iphone in on a 10a AND use the $100 credit I'll be getting at some point from my first order?

You can get a popup with a $25 coupon for new Cricket accounts. So with fees two iP13s would be $171, or one would be $85.
I can share a few codes in DM for those who aren't lucky enough to catch the popup.

Paid $3 to unlock my G.Voice number, went to get this deal (after multiple refreshes because Metro's site sucks!), then I got this msg: "Unfortunately, this number can't be transferred. Try another number or choose a new number to continue". wtf?

When you call CS, first you have to give 1st line phone # then say you want to add 2nd line. Give them all the 2nd line port in information and credit card #. Opened 2nd line today and they only charge me $30 for 2nd line and got the ordered email.

Ok, so I called Metro and was pleasantly surprised how smoothly it went. The rep was able to pull up everything I had typed in and complete my purchase quickly! My Apple 16e came to $163 including 1st month service. (I selected 16e over 13 since it had USB-C, a better cpu, battery, and Ram).

Saw a msg. on Metro's website (and the rep confirmed) that you will get a $100 Mastercard after 3 months of paid service, so it works out to 3 months of service for $55.
