Ok your account number is just your GV phone number and your pin is your "call to listen" pin that you set up in the settings of GV. You first have to pay $3 to unlock the GV number.

Porting and failed attempts to order the phone. FYI if you go through the last step and Metro reserved the number you are porting in. But you failed, their payment screen and your order did not go through. Be advised that that number(s) that you attempted to port (no atter how many different phone numbers) are locked in Metro Port Reservation. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO USE THAT NUMBER to process new order using that same # until you call Metro and ask to be transferred over to the porting department and ask them to delete the port. You will also not be able to port it anywhere else until they delete the port reservation. So, all you folks that tried to process a zillion orders after your initial order failed it will never work (even if you fix why your payment didn't go through) until YOU CALL METRO to fix your PORT. With all that said the port dept will want to verify you and the easiest way is for them to send you a SMS to your metro phone so your you don't have a Metro phone working well welcome to the struggle bus have a seat and relax your gong to be on the phone with Metro for some time. Please know this address multiple attempts at porting the same phone number not all the other reasons orders fail on the payment screen. All I can say on that one is , Don't use VPN, don't use discover, don't use a virtual number, wait 48 not 24 hours for your last order attempt to clear out of their system and if you are a religious person…pray

The short version, you must call Metro to make sure any/all the number(s) you are porting over that previously succeed Port Reservation but failed Payment are not locked now to metro reservation once locked to metro they will not work with a new order or another wireless company. This deal is killing me softly, now I remember why I avoided Metro for so long

For those of you having the fraud screen, do this -

Use a VPN
Different credit card #
Add a fake apartment # to your address (if you live in a house)

This has worked for me in the past.

I am new to Metro. I purchased using my credit card, but did not sign up for auto pay and it does not appear they have saved my credit card anywhere. Am I safe just doing nothing and letting the service shut itself down without Metro somehow auto charging my card? Or do I need to actually cancel?

I have a few Tracfone (Verizon Value Brand, Prepaid) numbers from the Black Friday 16e promo which I'll let go for $2 AGC.
You'll receive random TX phone number, Account number, PIN, Zip Code. Lower rep, newer accounts send code first.
Because of the low value I won't be able to provide much "customer service". The pins expire a few days after requesting them, plan to use it before the end of this week. I'll be pasting information directly from the device, so no chance of errors. In case of the usual Metro ordering issues, I can't help with those.

Just successfully placed order with Port from Google Voice number for iPhone 13 for $55. It's been a little under year since my last Metro iPhone 13 purchase which should unlock soon. I used my same address and name, new CC though. After I get my first line I can get additional lines with additional discount like I did last year I'm guessing. safe to use my same CC for more lines? Worst case scenario I should be able to flip these in one year for profit on Marketplace

If I used a different zip code in Lyca and try to port with a different zip code in Metro, should that make a difference? When entering the port-in information on metro website (account, pin, zip), I match what I entered at Lyca. It says your number is reserved for porting. All looks good. And then when I try to submit order, It says "call us"

Terrible website. No matter what I do on a desktop, "Sorry, but we were unable to save your changes. Please try again." Tried to order through the Metro app on a phone with Metro service, it's not working tonight for adding a line (the discount price doesn't show up in cart). Called in, they told me it can only be done on my part; cannot be done over the phone.

it's been 9 days and mine hasn't finalized yet.

it aint that quick.
Call in and ask specifically for the port department. I waited 6 days and twice was reassured the port was completed and that everything would work "in 24 hours" and then "in 72 hours" and it never happened. Called the port department and when that was done it was finished in like 10 min.
