Got this controller for $20 on sale back before Christmas for our switch 2. It works fine, but is already showing a few minor signs of wear. (Performance not impacted yet)
d-pad is decent and don't have problems with disconnects. The less ugly designs of this controller sell for much more, and only ever drop to about $35.
All said, it's a pretty good deal if you like or can tolerate the design and need the case. I doubt the headphones are worth the plastic they're made of, though admittedly that is speculation and not based on experience.

Understandable. Though generally speaking if the bundle doesn't get entirely used then the advertised price point isn't warranted
