FWIW, in case anyone else is wondering.. no - this doesn't double as a battery charger even though it has 120V AC in.

Bought this to replace the packout triple panel light I hardly use due to size. Hoping to sell that on fb mp for close to the same price. This definitely makes more sense than the packout version. Thanks op

Spent a couple hours in a crawl space today for my job and this thing was essential. It's not a flashlight. It's also ok that you don't have a use for it. I'm guessing you're not in the trades and therefore have no use for the vast majority of tools you see here and that's also ok.
