I have one of these. Washed it. The bottom edges curl up a bit. That's about it. Never noticed it was dry clean only until your comment

Nah, not likely... just use cold water and low/no heat dryer temp. It's just cotton/poly/polyfill, not some exotic material.

I bought one the other week, very thick and I ignored the tag.... still perfectly fine washed perm press / delicate dry... very nice for the price!

What probably happens is significant shrinkage. I've seen this happen personally with a model from a different vendor.

I believe this was what was on sale for $30 here recently, and I bought it. Its worth about $20, so its not a bad deal, but I certainly wouldn't pay their full asking price of $40 for it.

They also run small, order one or two sizes larger than you normally would.
