QF was bought out by ATT.

I was paying $110 with the bank account discount for the the 2 gig plan.

I cancelled my plan and became a new customer for the 2gig plan for $70 a month. "Price for life" plan.

Quantum fiber, now AT&T is the best! I've got the 3 Gb for $100 plan for life. Speed is both up and down.

Did you have to manually cancel (and lose service?) or are they able to help you cancel and re-start service?

Paying $50 a month for 500/500 and would like to double my speed for less money!

Their customer service was ass to deal with back in feb saying they would "figure" out how to transfer existing users in the future and offered me a credit to not cancel my account...

I didnt believe them and didnt want to lose out on cutting my bill to a fracation of the cost.

I didnt lose service between the installs as this was important for me being a remote worker. They essentially will auto cancel the old service if you dont yourself

Just now seeing this but in the same boat- have 500/500 and want to upgrade. How did you cancel without losing service? Do you just cancel and then immediately re-subscribe online and it turns right back on?
