I order a lot of Anker products for my job, but this experience is leaving a bad taste in my mouth. I understand not wanting to honor a price mistake, but the way they've handled this leaves a lot to be desired. Might have to look at other options going forward.

I have the brick and paid full price last year. It works well. If you have a 16" MacBook Pro, or other power hungry laptop like a 16" XPS calling for 100W+, and a cell phone plus any other device this brick is hard to beat.
In for a cancel, but will be pleasantly surprised if it shows up.
It's true that:
- the wall charger, when outputting 100+W, gets uncomfortably hot
- the power bank, when outputting 100W, gets uncomfortably hot
- this tends to be true for all chargers and power banks of this form factor, though
- both have thermal controls that reduce output to prevent accidents, but that will reduce output
- you can get this combo from a generic brand for $100 every day, but it's probably better to avoid generics when thermal combustion is involved
