I would definitely report them short-shipping and induced cancellation. Shame on Anker.

Mine never shipped, so I got the email directly from Anker asking me to cancel the order. I just ignored it, not going out of my way to correct their mistake. I then got an email from Walmart saying they were cancelling the order, and I'd be refunded within 10 days if my card was charged.

I order a lot of Anker products for my job, but this experience is leaving a bad taste in my mouth. I understand not wanting to honor a price mistake, but the way they've handled this leaves a lot to be desired. Might have to look at other options going forward.

My order shipped and is arriving today. I see only one package. I can't refuse delivery as it goes to an unattended package room. If both units are in there, I will be keeping it. If not, the return will be a big headache as it will be missing the adapter.
