Mine never shipped, so I got the email directly from Anker asking me to cancel the order. I just ignored it, not going out of my way to correct their mistake. I then got an email from Walmart saying they were cancelling the order, and I'd be refunded within 10 days if my card was charged.

I order a lot of Anker products for my job, but this experience is leaving a bad taste in my mouth. I understand not wanting to honor a price mistake, but the way they've handled this leaves a lot to be desired. Might have to look at other options going forward.

Seems like they shipped just the battery to people which goes for $100 on its own and not the charger. So people probably will just return it. Personally ima fight it out of principle if I receive partial order.

I feel terrible posting this. I can't believe Anker would screw people over. Mine shipped but the package is only 2.2 pounds.

Let me know what they say. Walmart said they would send a message to Anker. The guy also said I should just return it and I pointed out the price jumped 100 bucks. He wasn't sure what to do.
I emailed Anker and they sent me this email telling me I needed to look in the box for the charger. I sent these folks pictures and they just ignored them.
My guess is they're doing this to everybody so people will just return it.

Mine is coming via USPS once Amazon hands it off. Depending on what gets delivered and how Anker handles it if things are missing, a call to the postmaster and postal inspector might be in order.

No issue at all. I filled out the return on walmart.com and stated missing parts. When I got to Walmart, I just had the battery pack with no box nor bag, just the packing receipt. They scanned the barcode from the Walmart return email. No questions asked.

tried but returned; a lot bigger than expected for me but the charge speed was ruinously fast. i would wait for a larger price drop personally for this.
