I just got an email from anker via walmart... they basically said it was price mistake and are asking me to refuse the delivery. They said if I cannot refuse the delivery - they can provide a prepaid return label for me to return it. They said if I return it - they will sell it back to me for $199.99 & they will give me a $30 discount. Lol... not happening.
If you decide to keep it after delivery, will they have the authority to charge your CC again for their mistake? Just curious.

This is what I'm wondering. I could remove the credit card and dispute the charges ?

EDIT. The more I'm reading it's seeming like if you get the product delivered , they do not have the right to charge you the difference. It's considered a finalized transaction at the original price. Also the email they sent never stated they would charge you the difference either, they just are asking for it back.

I got the same email, but status says picked up by shipping partner. So I guess we'll see what happens.

Bummer. Mine didn't ship, and they are cancelling the order. Same $30 discount of $199 price offered... That's not a slickdeal

Mine shipped too - I got the same message. Both the charger and the battery are often on sale, so $169 for both sure isn't a deal. Feels like Anker should just honor this and promote good will. I won't be home to cancel the order, so very annoying that they are asking customers to go out of their way to return the items.

If yours shipped enjoy it, there's nothing they can do. Walmart tends to enforce shipping even with price mistakes so we will see if they cancel or this is a bluff.

They can't do shit once it ships. Just enjoy the chargers at the price you paid.

I'm thinking it's a bluff. The email never mentioned charging the difference, so if they do you can dispute it and show your original receipt

Do that want us to cancel so it saves them the "ding" on the Walmart Marketplace for having to cancel due to non-fulfillment? Nice of them to offer a $5 discount if we do! LOL

Yup. They will catch hell from Walmart for not fulfilling orders so they are trying to get us to self cancel to minimize the ding. Hell they might still ship it and this was an attempt to minimize damage with Walmart.

There are two buckets here - those that shipped (I would definitely keep it) and those yet to ship. Those yet to ship TBD what happens.
