I would definitely report them short-shipping and induced cancellation. Shame on Anker.

Mine never shipped, so I got the email directly from Anker asking me to cancel the order. I just ignored it, not going out of my way to correct their mistake. I then got an email from Walmart saying they were cancelling the order, and I'd be refunded within 10 days if my card was charged.

I order a lot of Anker products for my job, but this experience is leaving a bad taste in my mouth. I understand not wanting to honor a price mistake, but the way they've handled this leaves a lot to be desired. Might have to look at other options going forward.

I received my package today, but it only contained the power bank. I contacted Walmart to report the missing item, and they are currently looking into it. They initially asked me to return the item for a refund, but I'd rather not go through that process because why should I if it's their mistake. I requested that they simply send the Anker 140W charger instead, and they said they are reaching out to Anker.

Well, after reading the comments, I just went to my front porch and there is the wall charger. I already returned the power bank for a refund. What would you do in my shoes? Just buy another power bank and call it even?

This entire process has left a really bad taste in my mouth when it comes to Anker. I've been a huge fan of their products for years, all of our chargers and cables are from that company, but between this and an issue, I just had with them on eBay, I think I'm done.
The eBay issue seems incredibly egregious to me because I ordered an item, use the coupon code, and it feels like they just don't want to honor the price. The item is still in stock. They're telling me is that it's out of stock, and when I've written them back via the eBay portal asking that they honor the purchase, they're telling me they can't even find the order number. Mind you they reached out to me via eBay directly and had to do so by specifically going into the order and messaging me directly about the order. The order number is attached to the email that they used to reach out to me. There's literally a picture of it and all of the details in the top of the original email they sent out.

I have no idea what's going on with their customer service, but it is in the toilet.
At this point with this pattern of behavior, it looks like Anker just does not want to honor the prices that they are putting out on different website websites. If I purchase anything from them in the future, it will only be directly through Amazon rather than Anker themselves because that seems to be the only way to actually get the items you ordered.

Can anyone suggest some alternatives to Anker that are high quality for cables and chargers?

May be they are not taking care of their employees, thats why. Anker is a Billion dollar company now, after Samsung and Apple started to remove power bricks from their phone boxes. This incident and customer service sucks...

The shipment status for mine hasn't changed since the day I placed an order then it got changed this morning suddenly and delivered just now. Got a charger and power bank. Will keep them for sure.

Mine just showed up, was only the wall charger. I'll give it another day or two to see if the power bank shows up.

I had one show up today (battery only), but the tracking number from the Walmart email shows me FOUR of the combo packages when I type it into the Anker website. Am I seriously about to get five batteries for 105 dollars? Insane.

What a circus. Anker posts the product for sale on walmart, the order is fulfilled by amazon (ships from Amazon), is handed over to USPS by Amazon for delivery. So, Anker pays both Walmart and Amazon and then gives people grief over their "mistake".

Considering the battery has sold for as low as $85 on Amazon, and I think $70-75 on Facebook or TikTok or something, I look at it as paying $30-40 for the charger in this combo pack without having to wait for a sale on them individually.

Anker got a fair price for both at $105.

Mine arrived today. Both charger and battery in the same box.

I only got the Charger...but on the anker site it says the battery pack is still in processing. I'll wait a few days before initiating a return

What did your shipment status look like on the Anker site? Did it have both items listed under the one tracking number?

Anyone else been having issues trying to enter the USPS tracking # and/or your e-mail/order # in the Anker site that was referenced earlier - https://service.anker.com/logistics ? Keeps telling me invalid / cannot be found.
I received only the power bank so far and am looking to determine if the charger is pending anywhere.
