They won't give me the points. I'm getting this message:

"Sorry, we could not opt into the Dell Rewards program with this email."

I have Lifetime ARP: 31 Redeemable ARP: 31. I don't think that's much. Does anyone know if there's anyway to cancel this account and sign up these ARP points (I don't think they are worth a lot) and then reopen a new account with the same email address? Will that work?

I didn't have to click on anything in the upper right corner. A big pop-up offered to add "500 DRP" right after I logged in. Now I just have to find something to spend all this newfound derp on...

This is the 4th time I've seen this "deal", clicked, logged in, and all I see in the top right has always been just black. Left of that, center right, is the settings and notifications buttons.

Someone said Its Fridays every week (for me in EST, it starts on Thursdays at 7 p.m. and goes till 6:59 p.m. on Friday)
