In case anyone else was wondering if these versions are easily removable lining, according to Gemeni, no: For the Classic All-Terrain Lined Clog, the short answer is no, the lining is not designed to come out.
Unlike some vintage models, this version is constructed with a permanent liner. Here is the breakdown of why you shouldn't try to remove it:
  • The Glue & Stitching: The synthetic fleece is both glued to the footbed and stitched around the edges. If you rip it out, you'll be left with a sticky, abrasive residue that is very difficult to remove without damaging the foam.
  • The Missing Footbed: Regular Crocs have "circulation nubs" (tiny bumps) on the footbed for grip and comfort. Lined versions are usually smooth underneath the fleece because they aren't meant to touch your bare skin.
  • Sizing Issues: The shoe is molded slightly larger to accommodate the thickness of the fur. If you successfully removed the liner, the Crocs would likely feel a full size too big and "sloppy" on your feet.
