I would say not as bad as stainless steel or stone cutting boards, but not as good as wood, which is considered the best for your health and knives.

No one uses these for knives anymore, everyone knows they ruin knives. People use them for dough and other stuff you want a slick surface for instead of a cutting board.

I'm not sure why someone made the cutting board with glass, stone, stainless steel material. It's just as bad as building your house with tofu, ice-cream and cereal.
