Have it and I can't really say it helps. Also get some sticky furniture felt/rubber pads so you can add to prevent the thing from moving when you use it. Always slided for me even though it has very tiny rubber boots.
If it moves around during normal use, it's probably not in the right position.

I recommend measuring the height of your toilet seat and using the side of the Squatty Potty the instructions recommend.

Also, once you have your feet up on it, be sure to pull it as close to you as you comfortably can. This moves the direction of pressure (from the weight of your legs) from a diagonal angle to a vertical angle, which should prevent any sliding.

Hope this helps!

I stand on the toilet seat and squat. Does this provide better form? I guess worse case I can use it as a step to climb up on the toilet.
Watch out for the back splash! ðŸ’Đ😂ðŸ’Đ😂

I wouldn't recommend using wood products in damp area. Like someone said unless you "condition" maintain it regularly it will grow molds.
They have the plastic version sometimes go on sale. That would be a much better choice for cleaning as well.

I have this exact model and highly recommend it. But just a reminder, like any wood/bamboo product, it does need to be conditioned overtime. Something like this every 6ish months will keep it from cracking or degrading overtime: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00C4LJ45K

I just use my Milwaukee drill case, almost exact same size and stows away easily with handle.

I can also use the drill inside the case.

A porous material inches from the toilet bowl? That's a bold strategy. I'm sure 'Eau de Urine' will really tie the room together.

Plastic you can bleach. Bamboo you have to... burn.

If your knees are shot, this or anything similar becomes a nuisance. Moreover, if you do need one, go for a plastic made. Bamboo or wood naturally would smell or look disgusting after a while. Don't ask how I know.
