The trick is to look at the fastest port that you have on your laptop or computer. Ideally, it would be a thunderbolt 4. That would support higher bandwidth video. You'll get better results with monitors.

What you get with your monitors is the lowest common denominator, not whether your laptop supports TB4. This hub (with VGA port and 50Hz HDMI) is likely the lowest common denominator so no matter how superior your laptop is, this crummy "hub" will determine what your monitors get.

I would call this more of a hub than a dock as it does not really have many ports, connects via USB-A and does not charge your laptop. The net GAIN from this hub is an ethernet jack, a card reader and 2 low-end video outputs.

currently unavailable! Darn this would of been perfect for my old laptop, the ethernet port just died.

its best described as a low end usb video card, for doing stuff like accessing admin terminals, bandwidth irrelevant.
