Sites been around and I have bought dozens of movies without issues. You could easily buy these movies and choose to not redeem right away this would cause expiration.

Fanflix has been around for years and no one has had issues with codes. Tons of popular deals on SD from there. They are literally stating the obvious with that line - if a code gets redeemed once, it has EXPIRED. That's how codes work.
