Walmart has the Gooloo GP4000 4000A jump starter on clearance for $62.99. It's the lowest price I can find online.
Of note, this is an older model. Gooloo has a newer GT4000 with fast charging that rated number 2 on Project Farm's latest test just behind Noco that costs 3x more. The older GP4000 model rated well in the past as well. I already have this older GP4000 model for 5 years. I've used it numerous times, including 2 times this winter. I had worked perfectly each time, but I wanted a second jumper for my other car. I will note that the one I got 5 years ago was about 99 Wh, but this is now 88.8 Wh. This is still 24000 mah capacity.
