Got a similar one recently. It's like one of those multicookers with fifteen features if you count cooking, cooking a bit longer, and reheating as different features. It can exercise your chest with a narrow range of motion. Everything else is too awkward to be really useful.

These are not worth buying..I bought a similiar one on Temu or one of those sites and it was too tough to even bend.

You can do chest with this machine. With some success you can do biceps and also the inner thighs.... That's pretty much it.
