Got a similar one recently. It's like one of those multicookers with fifteen features if you count cooking, cooking a bit longer, and reheating as different features. It can exercise your chest with a narrow range of motion. Everything else is too awkward to be really useful.

Bought it from the other deal to add to my home workouts. Returned it. Was not worth it, YouTube tutorials sucked, did not do much and awkward to use.

You can do chest with this machine. With some success you can do biceps and also the inner thighs.... That's pretty much it.
