Either you're a speaker, or a light show. You can't be both in order for me to take you serious.

Been using mine 5 days a week for the past year. I think i paid 120 new for it. Works great! Sounds much better than a smaller high end speaker. Compared it to a JBL speaker the same size, it doesnt sound as good. But to the normal person its perfectly fine. Its also 1/3 the price. price to perfor.anxe you cant beat this

I've had one for a while. Needed something better than the little Sony speaker I was using. For the money, I'm happy with it and give it a thumbs up.

My brother bought 1 new , and it sounded pretty good he also said you could connect 2 together to have even more sound , so I bought 2 for like $10 more than he paid for 1 with this deal. I'm expecting great sound.

I've heard this is the closest bang for your buck you can get to the JBL 120 party box. Won't be as good, especially at louder volumes (will sound muddy) but packs a lot of quality for the price

Agreed. A coworker brought in his JBL 120. Side by side its pretty close at lower volume. Louder you notice the quality difference. However, you will not notice these things unless you have them side by side. For a fraction of the price this is far better value.

Agreed. I bought both to compare before. JBL is clearly better but for this price, you won't find a better speaker

LOL, 2nd to last stock photo shows a dent in the left hand side of the handle sleeve. I can't imagine this is a specific OB pic, but maybe?
Obviously raises serious quality concerns if they dented this one just photographing it!
Maybe halfway between this and the JBL would be the tribit stormbox blast. I really dig mine.

They must be pushing these hard these days. I saw one blasting at a Toyota dealership yesterday and -- no joke -- went into the nearby Sam's Club right after and one was playing music right near the cashiering area. At least for the volumes used you couldn't take issue with the sound, but I'd think our expectations for JBL or Bose are higher by comparison.

VIPoutlet sells a lot of product. I've bought from them three times and everything was good.

It's on eBay, what's the worst that happens? You are guaranteed to get your money back.

I am going to preface this by saying I want a JBL 310 but keep cheaping out.

My ex had an Onn Gen 1 whose batteries started giving out the last year we were together, and the volume dial started being glitchy. It was on all the time, she took it everywhere. After Helene we took our FEMA relocation at the beach and it sat in sun with salt humidity it's final days. I want to say it was 4-5 years old? And I can't stress it was in use constantly, her life was music.

I had bought a Samsung MX-ST40B a year before that. The sound was noticeably better and battery life good, but the interface sucked by comparison to the Onn Gen 1 - I'm talking about the controls on the unit, I never bothered with their app which sucks. My only real complaint is the volume wouldn't go as high on battery, which was more annoying than a deal breaker as it was mostly used to fill one room with music - but it's a big deal to some people. I'd probably give the nod to the Samsung at the same price point, despite lacking the interface or wheels, despite the volume issue, but that's my use case.

I left the Samsung with her when we split and bought an Onn Gen 2. The buttons are more of the slightly annoying style of the MX-ST40B, but it has the dial so it's not bad. Sound quality is good, unsure where it ranks vs Gen 1 or the Samsung unit I had as I haven't directly compared them but it's neck and neck and I'm not disappointed.

My only complaint about the Gen 2 is it seemed early on the battery life sucked. I discovered that it lasted significantly longer if charged a while past when it indicated fully charged. I may have an issue with mine in that regard, but it lives in my kitchen or bathroom so the battery isn't a big deal to me. At the 130 I spent I'd buy another - and the price of this deal can't be beat.
