Depends on what you prioritized. NVIDIA is better with features and is better in the productivity front like 3d rendering software. The AMD is really good for gaming, and between the two I would choose this one. If your budget allows I would go ahead and upgrade to the 5070 ti and call it a day though

They also have the 5070ti variant as well for $980 I ended up ordering that instead. Was gonna get this but a 4070 ti super will smoke this card and you can get those open box from Zotac for like $640 from there site with 2 year warranty. I was gonna go that route to save money but plan on also running occasional 4k resolution so figured the frame gen would help with that.
