I've gotten no-rush shipping promotional credit offers many times, but only ever around Christmas (November and December). Are others getting them throughout the year?

I don't get them when using the chase amazon card, but I do when I change to other payment cards. For the Chase Amazon, it's usually a few extra percent back instead, which isn't as worthwhile for smaller purchases.
