The promotion code can only be applied once per amazon account. I order one with the code successfully. Then I tried to order another one with the same code. It said the code cannot be applied to your order.

I have been looking for a small bluetooth mouse. I like that it also has 2.4Ghz. I only hope that janky magnetic cover doesn't cause issues.

Just a update: It worked. I tried to cancel my first order. Amazon said it received my request and will email me when the cancellation is done. I got the cancellation notification 10 minutes later. Then I re-placed an order with these 2 mice, it re-applied the coupon with the discount on each item.
