I have these, poor capacity, i wouldn't buy them again. AA is fine, pass on AAA.

I struggle to find a use case for these batteries. You sacrifice half your charge capacity for the ability to charge with a USB cable? I do not see the benefit unless you get caught in the wild without your battery charger. This would be inconveniencing yourself all the time for the one rare situation where you need to recharge away from home or your battery charger. And chances are you put yourself in that situation in the first place because you only have half the battery capacity. And you get to pay twice as much for the convenience. Silly.
Get yourself some good rechargeables and a travel charger.

Agreed. I used tenavolt batteries almost exclusively around the house now and they're double this capacity. The USB port takes up a lot of capacity

My use case is that I add some magnetic USB charge adapters to this and I can very easily flip off the cover on my Quest controllers, charge them while they're still in the device, and not have to fiddle with USB. Just kind of vaguely get the controller near the cables and the cables jump onto the battery and start charging. No messing with travel chargers.
If I ever got around to it and figured out a good way to do it without a fractal vice, I could drill a hole in the cover and not have to open them. Just add a 1/4" hole over where the magnetic charge adapter sits on the battery. Note that I do this with AA versions, not AAA. I don't have any use case for rechargeable AAA's.
