FWIW, I've purchased a few things from vipoutlet and the transactions have gone well enough (personally I wouldn't buy another "refurb*" laptop from the but normal merchandise I have no problem with them)
*personally I think there idea of "refurbished" computer is a customer return put back in a box.
They're both garbage.
