This comes with an ATX adapter bracket, but if for whatever reason you're using this in a ATX build, the included cables will likely be too short.

Yup, recently went from ITX to mATX and the CPU and 24 pin cables were too short. Bought some long after market cables on Amazon for 20$, been working for a week so far. By the way this PSU has been 200$ since January

which ones you buy? which GPU you're using with those extensions?

Best (or one of) SFX PSU on the market I believe according to all those psu grading excel sheets. Highly recommend for any SFF builds. There's not a lot of options out there and the premium over a 850W PSU was only $15 when I purchased this. The 850W on amazon is $21 cheaper right now.

People in the comments saying you can use this for ATX build which... yeah you can but why the hell would you willingly pay the SFX tax. A good 1000W ATX PSU on sale should be cheaper than this, especially when factoring that you have to buy cables (Corsair Type 5) to have this work in an atx case.

Also 1000W is a lot for most people, especially given what the PC market is currently. Keep in mind the biggest reason to go this high is if you have a 90 series card, have a super power hungry cpu (300+ W) with an 80 series, or want to hit very slightly more efficient power draw. I feel like people are extremely guilty of buying an overbuilt PSU for their system.

I may have lost a lotto but I got a SF750 used that I really wanted to love given the size, reputation, and nice used price. I will say that the cables were pretty stiff and strangely too short for my 23L case and too long for my 9L case (without compromises). With extensions I ran it in my 23L case happily for several months then it developed constant audible coil whine and because it was second hand I could not RMA it wiping out my savings. I swapped over from Corsair to Seasonic and the latter had none of the issues (right length, soft cables, no whine) but it was ever-so-slightly audible on idle compared to Corsair's dead silence. Just my recent experience (this was Nov-Jan)

I assumed it's if you move from a small to bigger build. If you don't want to buy another PSU, you could reuse this one.

Which cases? Did you not like ITX? I've been thinking about building an ITX PC.

$200 is as low as this one's ever been. This is a SFX PSU meant for use with small form factor cases.. and probably the most popular & reputable one if you intend to use a high end GPU like an RTX 5090.

Go for the CoolerMaster NR200. It's inexpensive, and it's the SFF 'GOAT' - minimal headaches compared to most other SFF cases (you mostly just need a SFX PSU & cooler under 155mm high, or 240-280mm AIO). Also has great airflow thanks to accommodating 4x 120mm case fans with 'chimney' style airflow - in through the bottom, and up and out through the top.
Works great with the dual flow through RTX Founders Edition cards when paired with a side intake AIO for the CPU.
