idk, maybe if you're only kidnapping a small child or midget instead of a full sized old lady? You know, if the suspect had a backpack, has the FBI even picked up Dora the Explorer for questioning?

My wife picked one of these up and used it as a light day pack across Europe. She didn't travel with it, but it was so light and took up almost no space empty in her checked luggage. 3 weeks in Europe it held up fine. Straps have minimal padding but it's sufficient since you can't fit much in it. It held two 24oz water bottles and 2 windbreakers just fine. I crammed another sweater in there one day and it was less comfortable to carry but it fit.
