Good price for HS-PLA. Geeetech is great stuff. As always, I really wish they had variety packs available. Don't mind buying 10 spools at a time, but I just don't have room (nor an immediate need) for 10 of every color.

How much faster can people (usually) print with this?

Depends on your printer, what you're printing, how much tuning you've done for each filament, and how picky you are about quality. If you're printing a big, fairly simple part and you're using a generic PLA profile (so the print is mostly flow-limited and detuned for worst-case scenarios with cheap filament), HS-PLA can save a lot of time -- maybe 30-50% in the best cases. But if your regular PLA is already dialed in to max your printer's capabilities, or if your model has lots of small details (so it's motion- or cooling-limited), you probably won't save nearly enough time to make the extra cost for HS-PLA worth it. Too many variables to give a blanket "It will be X% faster" answer.

Geeetech filament is superb. I've shared these pics here at least a couple times because they're handy. This is Geeetech royal blue silk PLA, so not exactly the same as in this deal, but in terms of quality I'm just as happy with their regular PLA as their silk or anything else. I just bought another 20 spools of various Geeetech filament last week and am only holding off on more because I'm completely out of room (and then some). Great stuff not just for the price but in general.

I nearly purchased this, but decided to look for reviews. I found a reddit thread where people are complaining about clogging problems and excessive strining, even after drying. I think I'm done buying "budget" or "great deal!" PLA.

Your loss, truly. I've gone through dozens of spools of various Geeetech filament (PLA, PLA Silk, and PETG) with my X1C and have had exactly zero issues. The blue print in my previous comment was straight out of the bag on default settings, not after hours of drying and fiddling with settings. People will bend over backwards to avoid taking responsibility for taking care of their equipment, verifying their settings, and following simple procedures by blaming the filament. Nothing wrong with this stuff!

Snagged 10 rolls white HS PLA. I've used this stuff a lot. Very few issues. I print at 50% speed and it looks great!
