Select IKEA Locations [ikea.com] have many of their mattresses in the as-is section 75% off (all sales are final I believe). My photos are from the Kansas City location, but according to a reddit comment "It's not just that store, it's the entire US."
Asked various employees and it was along the lines of "none of us knew mattresses expired so there's all of those and then there are more that we don't have room for in the as-is section." From what I was told, many had been there for 6+ months. Unsure if other stores will have the discounts (maybe it's a new policy?), but thought I'd share for anyone in the area. They had various sizes available, but only took photos of the twin size as my sister was looking for them for their girls.

edit: another Reddit comment said "centralized suppliers & logistics hubs providing the mattresses to stores never stated that the mattresses needed to be FIFO'd by logistics store staff to avoid old stock sitting, or any mention of an expiry. Logistics software will algorithmically often flag for replenishment the most conveniently located pallet of mattresses, not the oldest ones." so my guess is this may be nationwide.
