How to Redeem
You can redeem your MLB.TV code at either of these pages:
https://www.mlb.com/commerce/redeem/form
mlb. com/app/mlbapp/commerce/t-mobile/redeem
(remove the space between "mlb." and "com")
If you're redeeming a code for someone without T‑Mobile service, it's best to use a computer or tablet on Wi‑Fi—not a phone connected to another carrier's network.
Go to MLB.com and sign in or create a new account.
Visit the redemption link and apply the subscription to that account.
(The offer terms say it's "not for use on other carriers' wireless devices," though enforcement may vary.)
How to Retrieve the Code/Link on an iPhone (Android is nearly identical)
Make sure you're logged out of any MLB account in both the app and your browser.
You may even want to temporarily delete the MLB app so it doesn't auto‑open.
In the T‑Life app, tap Redeem twice on the MLB.TV offer.
A webpage should open in your browser.
Copy the URL from the address bar immediately.
Do not click further, or you may accidentally redeem the code to your Apple account.
Your link will look something like this:
https://www. mlb. com/sponsorship/t-mobile-tuesdays-mlbtv?redemptionCode=2026TMOXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
(Remove the space before "mlb" and "com")
The actual redemption code is 25 characters, beginning with: 2026TMOXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
2026TMOTR1V4G46Q74JW3LZTX

What about the primary T Mobile account that only saved the offer but didn't click redeem yet? How do you make sure this doesn't happen with that account? When you click redeem, what should show up? With the 2nd person's account, a screen showed up to go and redeem the code and tells you to download the MLB app. Then a bit later, another window shows up that is like a pink screen that ask you to do that.
Where is the actual code that you can copy and paste then? I want to get the code for the primary account. Then once the code is there, I copy and paste it to send it via text message as I will probably trade it with someone. I want one code for myself and one code for trading. Can someone tell me exactly how I retrieve the code for the primary T Mobile account that only saved the offer but did not click redeem yet?
Try asking shorter questions.
Anyways, there's is a wiki and pinned post here- read that. I believe that answers most of your questions.
About the redemption of the one who actually went through the process of redeeming it. It will stay with that acct/person u can't take it from them unless you get their user/password info.
Please don't reply long message. My heads just reading that last one.
So once you click on redeem, whatever window that shows up, highlight the url and that should have that t mobile long code or not? Someone mentioned you have to turn off javascript on your iPhone to do this? The thing that is confusing is since people are either iPhone or Android users, well over 95% of people at least are claiming this offer on their phone or iPad or similar right? Can't imagine someone doing this on a Chromebook or some other device? The thing is there is no way people would do something like turn off javascript as this would seem complicated for most people. So why are people who are iPhone users have issues with this then?
The thing is if you just want to get the MLB for yourself, then create an MLB account and details, then it isn't that complicated? But if you want the actual long code whether to give to someone else or trade, then it gets complicated like this? Since the 2nd T Mobile account seems to be linked to the apple account on that phone already right? So I can only claim the T Mobile code on the primary T Mobile account? But the thing is you have to make sure to do it correctly on it which is the issue here.
- 2 MLB codes are pending sale.
Leaving javascript on will allow the browser to run code to open the App Store, and download the MLB app and process the MLB code.
Leaving javascript off will open the browser but stall any further processes, thus revealing the URL link that can be copied with the code.
Do you think this would work for the 2nd T Mobile account that already clicked redeem? Or it isn't because it is linked to that apple account already?
So do this on the primary T Mobile account that hasn't clicked redeemed and it should work? This is very frustrating that you can't get the code simple with an iPhone where most people use Android or iPhone.

We have 2 iphones and 2 T Mobile accounts. That person is trying to claim the code on both of the iphones and first tested it with the other person's iPhone. That person clicked redeem and no code showed up. Was that person suppose to highlight the url after that and then copy it? If that person didn't do it at that time, there is no more code? So that offered is linked with their apple account? That is the confusing part here. So that person can only create an MLB account and no code right?
I want to know how do you make sure the main T Mobile account when that person clicks on redeem actually gets the code? I want one code for myself and one for giving to someone else or trading it. I believe the other T Mobile account will not have a code anymore right since it was either done incorrectly by whatever reason or that person didn't copy the link when this happened? Do you need to turn off javascript as someone else mentioned? No regular person would even have a clue on javascript. I just want to why it's so complicated to get the t mobile code from using an iPhone. Is there a YouTube video that shows how to get the code on YouTube or something?
