Read the comments, it was only at that price because of a chinese seller and no one got the deal. I have bought these before and $13 in 2025 would have been impossible.

YEP -- BUT the problem was that this was DEAD /OOS from the get-go ... i and several others tried right away to get this and it was DEAD ... so not sure what to tell you

Wrong, I got several for $13 and 4 of the 100' ones for $25 each was a super deal!

My delivery came today, and instead of a 50' 12-3 extension cord, my box contained a pair of bowls made out rope, which are apparently for making sourdough bread.
I haven't figured out how to plug them in yet. Even if I do, there's no way they will reach 50'.

I just picked up one of these and I'm pretty disappointed for a premium, American cord. The socket is so loose, anything you plug into it will fall out with a gentle tug. It's more loose than any of the 25+ year old cords I'm trying to replace. I can see how a lot of the 1-star Amazon reviews are about the socket melting under load. Also, as noted in this thread the cord itself doesn't like to bend.
