I picked these up a week or so ago in the L/Xl size. They fit well and are warm enough. One thing to keep in mind is that they are relatively short and so they do not provide a lot of coverage above your wrist. It actually works out OK for me because the jacket I use has extended cuffs.

I actually prefer shorter length gloves most of the time because I'm not wearing short sleeve shirts when I need them. The longer gloves always seem to get in the way of my jacket sleeves.
