no catch. these deals work for tracfone because most add minutes, data and/or texts later on.

After purchasing and activating this 1 year service, if I port out before 365 days of service, can I still unlock this phone?

I was able to place the order with the coupon for $35, but credit card got charged for full price $50+tax. Order summary and email shows $35+tax still. Not sure why got charged the full price.

Don't understand their policy since phone already has a prepaid 365 day subscription attached to it. In many cases this might prevent someone from buying more than one phone & service.
