All the 25,000 life span is complete and utter crap. On any LED light.

The number of LED lights I've had to throw away because they go bad far surpasses the number of incandescent bulbs that I've thrown out.

Thankfully the energy savings still eek out more savings overall during the same-ish time period. But LED life spans on bulbs are a lie and made up, no matter the brand or source purchased from.

Thanks, I bought these. For about $1 a bulb it seems like a good deal. I have a few 60w bulbs that I could replace with these and the fact that they light up the entire bulb and not just the top half should make them work good in bathroom lighting.

FYI, they have the smaller base Dimmable E12 Candelabra ones too:

And a 100w variant but it isn't as good of a deal (about $3 each): https://tools.woot.com/offers/tob..._tool_7_10

Sad that this set isn't dimmable. I have all dimmable LED bulbs at home (about 100), and these would have been great spares. And the 100W dimmable aren't that great of a price.

We all know this. However led's are cheaper than incandescents and use less power

Are these legit 90+ CRI or do these run of the mill Amazon sellers just make up the numbers? It's not like most people are going to know the difference unless they compare side by side. To be fair, I have 80 CRI bulbs and I can notice the room looks slightly worse than when I had the incandescent bulbs, but I'm willing to overlook this because the bulbs were really cheap and save me money long term.

Honestly, I think I'm going to avoid anything that isn't truly 90+ CRI. Once you notice it, it's hard to ignore. I avoid turning on the ceiling fan lights for this reason and stick to the lamps that have the 90+ CRI bulbs.

I was JUST thinking about that the other day, especially with outdoor bulbs. The only exception for me is the Sansi brand. Bought a set of 4 five years ago for my driveway and they're still going.

These are great for bathroom use; they are super bright with only 6W energy consumption. I may order another set at this price.

I tried it on a 4-light fixture with a dimmer control, and the bulbs just constantly blink even on full power. I have other bulbs where the light would just go out but not blinking.
