I got 24 cans of the Grilled Tuna Feast in Gravy yesterday for $12. They were pretty much cleaned out already at the store I was at. They also had the Savory Centers with $.75 off $1.42 reg price which I didn't get.

I guess we are supposed to take your word for that. Roll Eyes (Sarcastic)

I did a quick search and found this excerpt:

Fancy Feast is generally considered a decent, budget-friendly, and nutritionally complete wet cat food that many veterinarians approve of, particularly for hydration. While it uses by-products rather than high-end cuts of meat, its Classic Pate varieties are high in protein and low in carbs, making them species-appropriate. It is a safe, reliable option, especially for picky eaters.

Nutritional and Quality Considerations
Best Options: The Classic Pate line is often recommended because it is low in carbohydrates and lacks fillers.
Hydration: As a wet food, it helps significantly with a cat's daily water intake, which is essential for kidney and urinary health.

Ingredients: It relies on meat by-products, which are nutrient-dense organs (liver, etc.) that are actually quite nutritious for cats, contrary to the belief that they are fillers.
Cons: Some formulas may contain artificial flavors, fish, or lower-quality protein sources, which might not be ideal for cats with severe allergies or dietary restrictions.
Dry vs. Wet: The wet food is considered far superior to the dry food, which is high in starch.

Verdict
Fancy Feast is not the highest-quality, top-tier food, but it is far from the worst. It is a very good, affordable, and safe staple for many cats. If your cat enjoys it and is thriving, it is an perfectly acceptable, nutritious diet.

I'm going to take my vet's recommendation that this is okay to feed over your random, unsupported comment.
