Great high cushioning shoes, but I ran into a problem, these 1080 10 1/2 2E (wide) are a lot more snug and about a 1/4" shorter than several other brands of 10 1/2 2E that I own (Nike, Brooks, and Adidas). They squeeze my feet a little and my toes are about 1/4" from touching up front. Bottom line, I should have gone up a half size as these 1080s absolutely run a tad small.
I bought two pair and unfortunately you have to pay shipping to return to Joe's so I basically have no choice but to keep them. I bought some thinner socks and that has helped a lot, but in the back of my mind I can't help but think going one half size up would have been perfect. Unless you've had a pair of these and know your size, I would go up on 1/2 size, and possibly a width (if you normally wear wide shoes).

As your body fat decreases, your feet also get shorter and narrower. Feet size changes based on body fat so you can make the shoes perfect fit with OMAD + Cardio + Strength training. I used to wear normal width, now I wear narrow.

I've always had to wear wide, from high school on to today. I've been 10 1/2 W to 11 W since I was 25 so that hasn't changed much for me, it just depends on the brand/model of shoe.
