Yep, almost every mayo on the market uses soybean oil now, even the bigger brands that have olive oil and avocado oil varieties cut them with canola and soybean. The only alternative is paying something like $9 for a tiny 12 oz jar of mayo that uses only avocado oil like Primal Kitchen or Chosen Foods. Or you can just make your own I guess, but is that slick enough for the Fishman?

It really is SUPER quick and easy if you have an immersion blender. Saw a cool yt vid from Ethan Chewbowski on making different kinds and lasts a couple months.
