So there is a small tube inside that horn shaped business end and when you're in compressed air through it, it spins real fast and it does a really great job of blowing water out of a carpet. I've only seen it on YouTube, but if you already have an air compressor and you do your own detailing, I'm sure this is a fun toy.

Edit: Actually this looks to be a cheapo knockoff the original tool called a "tornador". The reviews are not great on Amazon and I can't find anything that doesn't look like sponsored content on YouTube so probably just pass.

It's a knock off of a popular car detailing tool on YouTube called the "tornador". I was just trying to find videos of this particular model and it doesn't seem comparable to the tool it's meant to compete with. I'd pass.

There are decent Tornador knockoffs available every day for around this price. I'm not going to bother clicking as I already have one, but if the reviews are as bad as others are saying pass on this and look for an equivalent one with good reviews. Works good for interior detailing because it creates a tumbling air flow that pushes stuff off rather than just into what you're trying to clean. Also you can get them with a bottle to spray distilled water plus a little cleaner etc or just air which is more versatile imho

SPTA makes nice but affordable stuff.

I have a tornador, only used it once.....my interiors never get dirty enough to use it.
These do take a LOT of air (4-5 cfm at 90psi). Make sure you aren't trying to use a baby compressor.
