You can melt a little of this with a pack of sliced fat free American cheese, either Kraft or Great Value. Wayyyy lower calories and still tastes great.

This makes the absolute best grilled cheese!!!! My grandma got cheese from the Government that just said "cheese" on the plain white box but I knew it was this and grilled cheese she made were so good

I used to use Velveeta to make smoked queso on my Traeger. Then I found a trick that you can use regular cheese and just add a teaspoon of sodium citrate which emulsifies the cheese into a creamy consistancy. Much better than Velveeta.
