It's conflicting information. At best, it's an accident. At worst, it's shady misinformation. I do not know why you're supporting them so enthusiastically instead of calling it out.
For anyone buying this (be careful) and concerned about this (rightfully so), be prepared to argue with ebay if you don't get what you want.. Take screenshots, document what you see. Or better yet, spend your money with a seller that respects their customers by taking the time and due diligence to properly craft their item listings.
but now that open ai is going bankrupt and cant deal with the nvda round tripping deal chips ram etc may go down in price because now they actually need to foot the real cost instead of tax payers subsidizing data centers and jacking up our prices.
if only we could also deduct expenses on consumer purchases like these round trippers and get subsidized for buying shit by the tax payers eg us.

This isn't a 6 year old laptop. Most will be 4 years or less. Many companies still have these in rotation.
The initial MSRP started at $1600 and went up to about $2200 once you got it instead of i5 and so forth.
The price is reasonable. I've sold some around the same price with a better processor but I certainly wouldn't give a 1 year warranty with that. At this price it is a buy at your own risk, that said not a fan of buying without a picture of the actual computer used.

Do your due diligence and be careful and you could end up with a really great deal.
Just be aware a lot of these lower end Latitudes were destined for the corporate sector and their displays are usable, but nowhere near best of breed.
