I placed three orders (four items total). One item showed up fine. Two others were marked as "delivered," but when I checked the FedEx tracking, both were delivered to completely different states, not my address. FedEx confirmed they can't give me details because I'm not the recipient on those deliveries. The delivery photos and city/state don't match me at all.
What's extra concerning is that the seller had previously messaged saying some items were out of stock, but tracking numbers were still later added and the orders marked delivered anyway.
After opening disputes, the seller asked me to cancel them first in order to get a refund. I haven't done that, but I wanted to mention it here so others don't accidentally cancel buyer protection while sorting this out.
If you're part of this deal, don't just trust the "Delivered" status. Open the tracking link and look at the delivery city/state, and most importantly check how many days you have left to open a refund or dispute. If the order auto-closes, you may lose that option.
