I've bought two sets of these over the last six months. Two are used to power auto pet feeders, and two are used almost daily by my kids to charge their devices. All have held up so far. Personally, I only dislike that the cords are somewhat stiff.

Even my Samsung Galaxy A25 Tracfone can use a 25W wall wart these days for a faster charge time which would be a 5A cable requirement so 3.1A would be limiting.
